The Calcasieu Parish, Clerk of Court is pleased to offer online access to our records. The following terms and conditions apply to use of the application.

1. While the Clerk of Court's Office has attempted to preserve the accuracy of this online version, these records are not official and the Calcasieu Parish, Clerk of Court will not be responsible for any inaccuracies that may be encountered. Only the Official Public Records of Calcasieu Parish provided in the Calcasieu Parish, Clerk of Court's offices shall be referenced as the Official Public Records.
2. By using this service, in any form, the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Calcasieu Parish, Clerk of Court and anyone involved in storing, retrieving, or displaying this information for any damage of any type that may be caused by retrieving this information over the Internet.
3. Records available in this search consist of released records. The term "released" means the records have been recorded, indexed, verified and released for general public viewing. Please note that there may be records that have been assigned Official numbers but not yet completely indexed or available on this search.
4. Upon subscription purchase, you are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited license to access and use the CMS Search site. This license is limited to the right to electronically display records retrieved from CMS Search to no more than one person at a time and to print or download records via selectable features in CMS Search. Except as specifically permitted in this section, you are prohibited from reproducing, transmitting, displaying, copying, distributing or redistributing records retrieved from CMS Search. You may not print or download the Data without using the selectable features in CMS Search. You may not use CMS Search for any unlawful or abusive purpose or in any way which interferes with or disrupts CMS Search or other users and you agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security related features or features that enforce limitations on use of CMS Search. You may not use CMS Search as a service bureau or allow time sharing. You may not use the data or images for any commercial use without a separate agreement giving written express permission. You may not use any web spider, crawler, robot or any other type of automated data mining or scraping process or protocol to search CMS Search or collect records. The license granted terminates if you do not comply and any violation of this limited use license may result in immediate termination of your subscription(s) and may result in legal action against you. Grandfathered subscribers agree to remit payment on their monthly invoice within 30 days of the date on the invoice or access will be disabled.
5. E-mail with this office may enhance communications with subscribers, but will not be recognized as “official” communication or notice as may be required by law.
6. This service may be cancelled at with 30 days prior notice to customers. Any unused portion of paid subscription will automatically roll over to new subscription services available or be refunded at the Clerk’s discretion.
7. The uptime to the Calcasieu Clerk’s records online has a significant success rate. The Clerk does not make accommodation for the per page fee to subscribers when the service is not available.
